Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an item has been shipped. Exchanges of items sent as gifts to another person are also not something The KIND Institute offers.

Orders may be canceled, and purchase price refunded, prior to shipping by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +1 609-203-1876. If no one answers, please leave a voicemail with your name, telephone number, and order confirmation number.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will notify you once we grant the refund; however, we are unable to update you on the status of that refund beyond that point.
Refunds on canceled orders may be subject to fees by our payment processor.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Due to each piece of art being a unique item, we are unable to offer replacements for lost or broken items. You will need to contact the carrier, file a claim, and ask for compensation from the carrier.

Each item is a unique work of art and we will be happy to rectify this situation to the best of our ability and if return shipping is needed, The KIND Institute will compensate you for the shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
